Shipping policy

Within the UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 24 – 48 hours.
Outside the UAE (International): Delivery usually takes 5 – 7 working days from the day after the order is received.
- Note: These times are estimates and can be affected by local customs or country-specific situations.

Domestic (UAE): Shipping fees are generally calculated at checkout. If a product is being replaced due to a manufacturing issue or dissatisfaction, the company covers the delivery fees within the Emirates.
International: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for international orders. This includes shipping fees for any replacements or returns.

Policy: They offer a flexible return policy where you can return a product if you are not satisfied with the scent or if there is a manufacturing defect.
Notification Window: * UAE: You must initiate a return within 2 days of receipt.
- International: You must initiate a return within 3 days of receipt.
Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take between 10 to 45 days.
